Frequently Asked Questions

• 20% of the rental cost is required upon reservation. The balance of the rental payment is due thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay.

• When the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the full payment is required.

• All payments are made by CHECK ONLY If the reservation is made ten (10) days before the start of the stay, the owner may require a cash payment.

• If the cancellation notice is received a minimum of thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, the 20% deposit will be retained by the landlord as liquidated damages, and post-dated checks for the balance on the rental and the security deposit for breakage and damages will be returned.

• In the case of a cancellation received less than thirty (30) days before the stay date, all amounts collected will be retained by the landlord as liquidated damages, except for the legal security deposit for breakage and damages, which will be returned to you.

• The building is equipped with a combination lock.

• The owner or their representative will contact you by email or phone a few days before the start of your stay to provide you with the numeric code.

• For any issues, please contact the owners or the designated contacts mentioned in the contract.

The check-in time is set at 5:00 PM, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
